At Panel World, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home renovation project; if your wall panels aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the panels to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack the panels in their original protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the items are in resellable condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
